Kevin Shonkwiler (Owner & Inspector): Kevin proudly served 20 years in the United States Navy. Following his military retirement, he was thoroughly trained by the American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT) academy. He is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI), licensed by both the North Carolina Home Inspectors Licensure Board and the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR).
Nicholas Shonkwiler (Inspector):
Nick was exceptionally trained by The Home Inspection Training Center. He is an InterNACHI Certified Professional inspector (CPI) and is fully licensed by the North Carolina Home Inspectors Licensure Board.
